All-year holiday cabin Janusz in WT2021 standard is a solid and functional wooden structure, designed to maximize the use of interior space. The design eliminates additional exterior elements in favor of the interior, offering a comfortable and well-planned layout of rooms.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a bathroom and a practical vestibule, which increases comfort in the autumn-winter season. The upper level is divided into two independent rooms, ideal for use as bedrooms or children's rooms, providing privacy and convenience for the inhabitants.

The timber-frame construction, adapted to WT2021 requirements, guarantees high thermal insulation, energy efficiency and durability. An additional advantage is the quick realization time, making the cabin ready for use in a short time, a practical solution for recreational as well as all-year-round purposes.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when the house is built for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Polish Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12



Price PLN 201,900.00 includes

  • Transportation and on-site assembly across the country is FREE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefab modules of the cabin - Directly at the investor's plot.
  • External prefabricated walls - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, insulated, interior finished with boarding.
  • Assembly of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with boarding.
  • Floor in standard developer (technical) finish - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full decking and bitumen shingle roofing by IKO.
  • Gutters with downspouts - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (outer walls insulation) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.

On the investor's side stays the responsibility of
