Domek całoroczny Adam IV in WT2021 standard is a modern structure based on proven Canadian timber-frame technology, valued for durability, energy efficiency and an eco-friendly character. By using high-quality materials and appropriate insulation solutions, the building provides year-round thermal comfort and low operating costs.

In the all-year version, the cabin is equipped with effective mineral wool thermal insulation, an aesthetically finished interior, and a complete set of basic installations, enabling quick and convenient use. The design focuses on easy and efficient heating—modern systems such as air conditioning with heating function perform particularly well, allowing optimization of energy consumption for heating the interior.

An additional advantage is the possibility to implement the investment in a simplified notification procedure, which significantly shortens construction time and reduces formalities.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Article 41(12)

  • Delivery and installation of prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • External walls prefabricated - Finished on the outside with facade board, insulation, interior finish with boazery.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with boazery.
  • Developer standard floor (technical) - Painted to match the facade color.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full decking and bitumen shingle by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of internal walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete junction box with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.
