Product description

Olaf is a year-round, residential timber home built entirely from solid wood using Canadian timber-frame construction, made from structural-grade C24 timber. The house is designed according to WT2021 standard guidelines, enabling living soon after completion. It is insulated with 20 cm of mineral wool, equipped with triple-glazed PVC windows, insulated steel doors, gutters, electrical, hydraulic, and heating installations. The standard also includes impregnation and painting of the facade and a bitumen-shingle roof. The whole offer includes transport across Poland and assembly by our expert team, ensuring the highest quality and full warranty support.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to houses built for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 sec. 12

  • Delivery and installation of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • Exterior walls prefabbed - Finished externally with a facade board, insulation, interior finished with boazeria.
  • Installation of exterior PVC framed windows and doors
  • Partition walls prefabbed - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with boazeria.
  • Floor in developer standard (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Full roof construction with decking and IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
