The walls of the house are filled with 20 cm thick insulation and equipped with hydraulic and electrical installations, ensuring the building can stand up to any weather conditions at any time. The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in the country FREE
  • Delivery and assembly of the house's prefabricated modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished outside with cladding boards, insulated, interior finished with paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Floor at developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the exterior cladding.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Complete roof structure including full boarding and IKO brand bitumen shingles.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof) - 25 cm

The investor is responsible for the following

  • Adapting the design to local conditions

  • Bringing external connections to the site - Electricity, water, sewage.
