Domek Damian is a modern holiday cabin with an open living area and a functional mezzanine that expands interior layout possibilities.

The design offers great flexibility for layout — a living room with space for a kitchenette and an open mezzanine create a comfortable retreat.

In its raw/open standard, the cabin includes the wall construction and a roof with covering, excluding joinery, installations and finishing. Built with a timber-frame system, it provides a solid base for further customization to your needs.



Possible to realize in an all-year variant – suitable for installation on both a recreational and a building plot.

  • Full customization of the building - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof angle, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of electrical, plumbing and heating installations. We can also prepare the cabin to the WT2021 residential standard, with 20 cm and 25 cm wool insulation.

  • Open-shell construction
  • Prefabricated external walls - Externally finished with cladding boards, internally unfinished.
  • Prefabricated partition walls - One side finished with timber paneling.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full decking and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.

  • Painting and wood preservation


The investor is responsible for

  • Foundation preparation before assembly
  • Moisture insulation on the entire foundation surface
  • Provision of external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
  • Installation of windows and doors
  • Flooring installation
