Wiktor IV V2 wooden residential cabin in the second edition is the classic silhouette known from the base version of the Wiktor IV V2, but enhanced with larger glazing to provide better interior illumination and a more original, modern look. The building is fully made from certified structural timber class C24, equipped with full insulation, plumbing and electrical installations, as well as gutters and tight, double-glazed PVC joinery. The price also includes transport nationwide and labor costs, so you buy a complete service and you won’t face any additional costs related to building your dream home! Compliant with WT-2021

  • Delivery and installation of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • External prefab walls - Finished on the outside with cladding, insulation, interior finished with cladding.
  • Installation of external PVC joinery and doors
  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with cladding.
  • Developer-standard flooring (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof construction insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and bitumen shingle by IKO.
  • Eavestroughs with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of internal walls - 10 cm
