Wiktor IV V2 includes all the features our Investors have valued for years, delivering a compact 35 m2 footprint with a functional interior comprising a main room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a covered porch, and a spacious mezzanine offering over 20 m2 of usable space. What sets the new version apart is the presence of larger window openings in a modern design. The larger glazing provides much better daylight than in the classic version. The mezzanine, in turn, houses two triangular window openings, offering a wonderful view of the plot and making this space one of the best-lit in the entire building.

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards and left unfinished on the inside.

  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full boarding and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with 2 cm boards.

The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Damp-proof insulation across the entire foundation surface
  • Providing external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
