Introducing the popular Wiktor model in a new, updated version! Wiktor IV V2 retains all the features our Investors have valued for years, including a compact 35 m2 footprint with a functional interior: main room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a covered porch, and a spacious mezzanine offering over 20 m2 of usable space. What sets its new version apart is the installation of modern PVC window joinery. From the terrace you access the interior via two-leaf terrace doors, and the remaining rooms are completed with elongated—vertical and horizontal—glazing, delivering much better daylight than in the classic version. The mezzanine accommodates two triangular windows, providing a wonderful view of the property and making this space one of the best-lit areas in the entire building.
