The Marcel IV cottage stands out for its very efficient use of space, designed to fit on a lot without requiring a building permit. In 35 square meters of the building’s area, the living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large mezzanine spanning most of the ground floor have been accommodated. Additionally, a covered terrace completes the whole, offering an outdoor party area or summer relaxation on sun loungers. The entire structure is built using Canadian timber frame technology with certified structural timber, impregnated and painted in a chosen color, and covered with bituminous shingles. Offered at the base price as a raw closed construction, expandable with additional features such as insulation, utilities, and many others.
