All-year holiday cabin Marcel IV in WT2021 standard is a functional design that fully leverages the possibilities of a building permit process, offering a comfortable space for year-round use. The thoughtfully planned interior includes a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and the expanded mezzanine significantly increases usable space and provides broad possibilities for arrangement.

An integral part of the project is the covered terrace, ideal for outdoor relaxation and gatherings with family and friends. The timber-frame construction in Canadian style, made from certified wood, ensures durability, aesthetics and the possibility to apply modern insulation solutions that meet WT2021 requirements.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 sec. 12

  • Transport and nationwide assembly FREE
  • Delivery and assembly of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • External prefab walls - Finished on the outside with siding, insulation, interior finished with clapboard.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with clapboard.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted to match the color of the façade.
  • Roof construction insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full decking and bitumen shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external wall insulation) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
  • Hydraulic installation - Complete distribution of the installation, Ariston Velis Evo 80 boiler and professional pressure measurement of the entire system.

The following items are the investor's responsibility

  • Adaptation of the project to local conditions
  • Obtaining building permit or notification
  • Preparation of the foundation - Or commissioning its execution by our company.
  • Execution of the white hydraulic installation
  • Delivery of external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
