Domek Marcel IV is a functional holiday cabin designed for planning submission, crafted to maximize space usage. The layout includes a living room with a space for a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large mezzanine, ensuring comfortable relaxation.

An added highlight is the covered terrace, perfect for relaxed outdoor time.

In the raw open standard, the cabin includes the wall construction and roof with covering, but no joinery, installations or finishes. Built in a timber-frame technology from certified wood, it provides a solid base for further arrangement and adaptation to your needs.



Possibility of an all-year-round variant – suitable for placement on both recreational and building plots.
