Fabian IV wooden leisure cottage makes maximum use of the regulations allowing the construction of a cottage up to 35 square meters for notification. And this regardless of the property type. FABIAN IV holiday cabins can be built successfully on private plots as well as on allotment plots. As a manufacturer of wooden Canadian-style houses, we used only certified timber materials of the highest quality, sourced from Polish State Forests as well as Nordic countries. The cottage in the standard shell closed meets the requirements of a recreational building, but it can be equipped with optional utilities and insulation with mineral wool, which in turn changes its character to a year-round recreational home.

  • External walls prefabricated - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, interior not finished.

  • Floor as standard in developer/technical standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Molin-like stairs
  • Two coats of Drewnochron treatment


On the investor’s side remains

  • Preparation of the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture barrier over the entire foundation surface
  • Supply of external utilities - Power, water, sewage.
