All-year holiday cabin Fabian IV in the WT2021 standard is a design created to maximize building possibilities on a notification basis while maintaining high comfort of use. The model is ideal for private plots as well as on JODRO (ROD) areas, offering versatile applications.

The timber-frame construction is made from certified, top-quality wood sourced from controlled supplies, ensuring durability, stability and an aesthetically pleasing look. With appropriate insulation and installation solutions, the cabin can be fully adapted to the WT2021 standard, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort year-round.

The model is available in various finishing variants—from a closed-shell shell to a full-year version with insulation and utilities, allowing flexible alignment of the investment with individual needs and budget.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in the country FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with façade boards, insulated, and finished on the inside with tongue-and-groove panelling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with tongue-and-groove panelling.
  • Floor in developer standard (technical finish) - Painted in the same colour as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full boarding and an IKO bitumen shingle roof covering.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Floor thermal insulation - 10 cm
  • Exterior wall thermal insulation - 20 cm
  • Interior wall acoustic insulation - 10 cm
  • Roof thermal insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete fuse box with circuit breakers, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.
  • Installing the plumbing fixtures
  • Bringing in the external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
