Domek Fabian IV is a functional recreational cabin designed for notification/permit-free construction, aimed at maximizing the use of available space. It suits both private plots and ROD areas.

Built from high-quality certified timber in a timber-frame construction, ensuring durability and solidity for years.

In its raw open standard, the cabin includes the wall frame and roof with covering, without joinery, installations and finishing. This makes an ideal base for further arrangement and tailoring to your needs, including the all-year-round standard.

Possibility of realization in an all-year-round variant – suitable for installation on both recreational and building plots.

  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.
