  • Flooring in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full decking and bitumen shingles by IKO.
  • Two coats of painting with a Drewnochron product
  • Shutters - not applicable to fixed windows and terrace windows

  • Foundation preparation prior to assembly
  • Moisture insulation across the entire foundation surface
