All-year holiday cabin Norbert IV in WT2021 standard is the ideal option for those seeking a functional home that can be realized in a simplified notification procedure. The design has been refined to meet current formal requirements while ensuring maximum comfort of use.

A simple, well-thought-out form without an attic streamlines the realization process, while also allowing full utilization of the interior space. The cabin interior has been designed with family comfort in mind – it includes a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and two independent bedrooms, guaranteeing comfort and privacy.

The timber-frame construction, adapted to WT2021 standard, provides high thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and durability, making the cabin an excellent all-year recreational facility or an alternative to traditional residential construction.

  • Exterior walls prefabbed - Externally finished with facade boards, insulation, interior finished with board.
  • Installation of exterior PVC window joinery and doors
  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with board.
  • Standard developer (technical) floor - Painted to the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
