Wooden holiday cabin Marek designed to maximize the full 35 m2 available for buildings without a building permit. Thanks to the single-floor layout and an uncovered veranda not counted as part of the cabin’s footprint, the entire building easily passes the formalities. The manufacturer designed the cabin in a modern, economical style. It is equipped with a single-pitch roof, a large sun deck, and an interior divided into a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and two separate rooms that can be arranged to meet your needs. Entirely in a Canadian-style timber frame, made only from class C24 building materials.
Possibility of all-year-round implementation – suitable for both recreational and building plots.
