The Wiktor III leisure cabin is a larger, more spacious version of the Wiktor II, yet equipped with the same layout of rooms and a mezzanine. The cabin is built using a proven Canadian timber-frame technology that is gaining popularity across Europe. It features a roomy mezzanine of 19.5 m2, providing additional space that can be developed according to your preferences. Importantly, the total height does not exceed 5 meters, so it can be built even on ROD plots (Family Allotments). The highest quality of workmanship and the possibility of construction anywhere in Poland are guaranteed by the cabin producer, Drewnolandia – a leader in wooden construction.

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with façade boards and left unfinished on the inside.

  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full roof boarding and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.

The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
