The Olek holiday cabin is a classic wooden dwelling inspired by highland-style houses. It features a spacious covered terrace with decorative peak finish and a balustrade. The interior reveals a large living room and a bathroom on the ground floor, plus a mezzanine (the so-called half-floor) under the roof. The cabin is built on a 10 cm x 4 m timber frame, suitable for later insulation with 10 cm mineral wool. The offer concerns the raw enclosed version of the cabin, but for an additional fee you can equip it to become a developers’ version – thermal insulation, PVC windows, insulated doors, gutters, and electrical, hydraulic, and heating installations.
Possibility to realize in all-year variant – suitable for both recreational and building plots.
