Marcel II wooden holiday cabin comes with a standard set of features for a comfortable leisure retreat, without a building permit. The cabin’s footprint is 25 m2 of living space, divided into three separate rooms – a large living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Above this, an mezzanine increases the usable space by an additional 16 m2. A covered outdoor terrace adds 8 m2, perfect for sunbathing, a small table, and chairs. The cabin can be erected on notification, which only requires submitting an application and sketches to the Starostwo Powiatowe or another appropriate local authority. The building comes with a company warranty from the manufacturer for 24 months, which can be extended to 48 months at no cost.
