The Marcel II wooden cabin is a classic recreational model that blends functionality with comfortable, hassle-free use. Its thoughtfully planned interior includes a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, while the additional mezzanine significantly increases space for living arrangements.

The covered terrace is the perfect outdoor relaxation spot, and the option to build on a notification basis makes the project quick and convenient. The cabin is covered by the manufacturer's warranty with the option to extend it.

  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with wainscoting.
  • Floor in developers’ standard (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full boarding and bituminous shingles by IKO.

  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
