The Mieszko II wooden cabin is a versatile and functional model built with a timber-framed technology from certified C24-class wood. The thoughtfully planned interior includes a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious mezzanine, providing comfortable accommodation for several people.

A hallmark of the Mieszko series is the large, corner terrace, creating an ideal relaxing space. The cabin can be easily upgraded to an all-year cabin standard, making it suitable for year-round use.

  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with façade boards, insulated, with tongue-and-groove paneling on the inside.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished with tongue-and-groove paneling on both sides.
  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the exterior walls - 15 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of the interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the roof - 20 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with circuit breakers, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.

  • Bringing in external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
