The Viktor II holiday cabin is a comprehensive Canadian timber-frame structure designed for year-round use. The roof, floor, and walls of the building, including exterior and partition walls, are insulated with mineral wool, significantly increasing comfort during cold and hot days. The cabin is also equipped with tight window joinery in the form of double-glazed white PVC windows, insulated doors, electrical installation with outlets, and plumbing installation with a spacious boiler. The offer also includes the cost of transport and assembly, as well as a complete set of drawings that enable using the building act for a cabin up to 35 m2 and notifying the authorities without the need to apply for a building permit.
