Domek Wiktor II is the smallest offering in our range, designed for those seeking an affordable holiday cabin suitable for year-round living, whether permanent or seasonal. Thanks to thermal insulation, insulated entry doors, and triple-glazed PVC windows, the cabin is perfectly prepared for winter, minimizing heat loss inside. A key advantage of the prefab timber-frame technology used is the short construction time. From the arrival of the installation team to signing the handover protocol, it typically takes only 3 days. The base price also includes a complete set of installations necessary for year-round use (electrical, plumbing, heating) as well as documentation allowing immediate commencement of the building legalization process.
