All-year cabin Bolesław in the WT2021 standard is a functional wooden home that can be realized with a simplified notification procedure, without the need to obtain a building permit. The design was created to maximize space and ease of use throughout the year.
The interior includes a comfortable day area, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and an additional mezzanine significantly increases usable space, providing extra sleeping or relaxation area. A thoughtful layout makes the cabin perfect both as a recreational retreat and a small all-year residence.
Timber-frame construction, made from high-quality wood and tailored to WT2021 requirements, provides very good thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and durability. Together with the project from the producer – the brand Drewnolandia – it delivers complete documentation and practical support, facilitating a smooth journey through the entire investment process.
