Domek Bolesław is a functional holiday cabin designed for easy documentation, focusing on practical use of space. The layout includes a living room, a bedroom, space for a bathroom, and a mezzanine that increases interior design possibilities.

A thoughtfully designed build enables comfortable relaxation while keeping a compact footprint.

In the open-shell standard, the cabin includes the wall construction and a roof with covering, but without joinery, installations or finishes. Built in timber-frame technology, it provides a solid base for further work.

Documentation and investor support are provided by Drewnolandia, a specialist in modern wooden structures.

Possibility to realise in all-year variant – suitable for both recreational and building plots.

  • Roof structure - Full roof framework with complete boarding and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with 2 cm board.
