The Bolesław cabin offers full 35 square meters that can be built through a simplified procedure, requiring only the submission of an application and technical drawings to the Starostwo Powiatowe or any other authority appropriate for the given commune. The set of drawings, together with the technical specification and the Investor’s Essentials containing practical tips for preparing for the construction process, is provided by the manufacturer – Drewnolandia – the leader in wooden construction. The cabin features a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a mezzanine towering above it, enabling an additional 10 square meters of living space without altering the size of the building’s main footprint.
Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for installation on both a recreational plot and a building plot.
