Amadeusz IV is a modern wooden holiday cabin with a mezzanine, designed for year‑round use in accordance with WT2021 Technical Conditions. The functional interior layout includes a spacious living area with access to a terrace, a dedicated space ensuring privacy, and a spacious mezzanine increasing the usable area.

The building construction enables the use of appropriate layers of thermal insulation, energy‑efficient joinery, and modern heating systems, meeting current standards for heat transfer and energy efficiency.

The Amadeusz IV model in the WT2021 version is a compact, energy‑efficient residential cabin, combining the durability of a wooden structure with year‑round living comfort.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act, Art. 41, para. 12



Price PLN 134,500.00 includes

  • Delivery and installation across the whole country FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • Exterior walls prefabbed - Finished on the outside with cladding board, insulation, inside finished with wainscoting.
  • Installation of exterior PVC window joinery and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with wainscoting.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of complete roof structure with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
  • Hydraulic installation - Complete distribution of the installation, Ariston Velis Evo 80 boiler and professional pressure measurement of the entire system.
