Amadeusz IV is a spacious recreational cabin designed for comfortable relaxation with family or friends. A large living area, a covered terrace and a functional mezzanine create a comfortable and flexible space for arranging your living.

The project also includes a dedicated room ensuring privacy, which increases practicality.

In the raw open standard, the cabin includes wall and roof construction with cladding, without joinery, installations and finish. Built with a timber-frame technology, it provides a solid and durable base for further finishing works according to your needs.

Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – to place on both a recreational and a building plot.

  • Open shell construction
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards and left unfinished on the inside.
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Finished on one side with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Roof structure - A complete roof structure with full roof sheathing and IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with 2 cm boards.

The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Damp-proofing across the entire foundation surface
  • Bringing in external utility connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
