All-year residential Mikołaj III in WT 2021 standard makes full use of interior space with no porch. The timber frame of the house is entirely prepared from certified structural timber of class C24, guaranteeing solidity and longevity comparable to brick buildings. The wall frame is filled with 20 cm of mineral wool, ensuring excellent insulation against summer heat and winter frosts, enabling comfortable living conditions year-round. The price also includes transport across the country and installation by qualified manufacturer personnel.
