Amadeusz IV v2 is a modern wooden home with two mezzanines, designed in accordance with the current WT2021 Technical Conditions requirements. The building is suitable for year‑round use and meets standards for energy efficiency and thermal insulation of envelope elements.

The design includes a spacious living area with terrace access, a private enclosed room for privacy, and two functional mezzanines of 9 m² each, which significantly increase living space.

The construction allows for appropriate insulation layers, energy-efficient windows and doors, and modern heating systems, making the Amadeusz IV, in WT2021 standard, a compact, comfortable and energy-efficient all-year home.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Article 41, paragraph 12



Price PLN 153,900.00 includes

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in Poland FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulated, and finished on the inside with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - A complete roof structure with full sheathing and an IKO bitumen shingle covering.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the exterior walls - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of the interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the roof - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with circuit breakers, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
  • Plumbing installation - Complete installation layout, an Ariston Velis Evo 80 water heater, and professional pressure testing of the entire system.

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.
  • Installing the bathroom fixtures and fittings
  • Providing external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
