Amadeusz IV v2 SSO is a spacious recreational cabin designed for small families and groups of friends. The design features a large, open living area and a terrace that serves as a natural place to relax and meet outdoors.

The building also includes a lockable room for privacy and two functional mezzanines of 9 m² each, which significantly expand the layout possibilities and the usable area of the cabin.

The open-shell version includes the complete load-bearing structure of the building along with wall framing elements and the roof structure. The construction technology guarantees durability and sturdiness, and an efficient assembly process allows for a quick transition to the next stages of the investment.

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards and left unfinished on the inside.

  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and an IKO bituminous shingle covering.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with 2 cm boards.

The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
