Ariel is a modern wooden holiday cabin designed in accordance with the current WT2021 Technical Standards, suitable for year-round living. The functional layout includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious living room with a kitchenette, delivering comfortable conditions for the family.

The building's construction allows for appropriate thermal insulation layers, windows and doors with the required specifications, and modern heating and ventilation systems, meeting WT2021 standards for energy efficiency and thermal performance.

The design remains flexible – modifications to the layout, relocation of the terrace, doors and windows, or building the structure in a mirrored version are possible. Ariel in WT2021 standard is a compact, energy-efficient residential cabin that combines the durability of wooden construction with modern living comfort.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 sec. 12



Price PLN 154,100.00 includes

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in Poland FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with façade boards, insulated, with a tongue-and-groove paneling finish inside.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished with paneling on both sides.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of the complete roof structure with full sheathing and an IKO bituminous shingle covering.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the exterior walls - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of the interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the roof - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with circuit breakers, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
  • Plumbing installation - Complete pipe layout, an Ariston Velis Evo 80 water heater and a professional pressure test of the entire system.
  • Two coats of Drewnochron wood preservation
  • Preventive security system - A dummy CCTV camera and a "premises under surveillance" warning sign.


The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to do it.
  • Installing the plumbing fixtures
  • Connecting the external utilities - Electricity, water, sewage.
