Product description
Holiday cabin Mikolaj III is a year-round solution made from air-dried, chambered C24-class timber. The cabin is designed for use in any season and weather conditions. It features wall, roof, and floor insulation with mineral wool, as well as white PVC chambered windows, insulated steel doors, gutters with downspouts, and hydraulic and electrical installations with a boiler, sockets, switches and fixtures. The cabin is ready for furnishing immediately after construction, and most importantly, its compact footprint allows for a simplified building method, i.e. a mere notification to the Starosta or other local authority.
Unique features
- Full customization of the building - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof pitch, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of the electrical, plumbing and heating installations. We can also prepare the cabin to the WT2021 residential standard with 20 cm and 25 cm wool insulation.
- Transport and assembly across Poland INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - We deliver and fully assemble the building in every region of the country.
- Price guaranteed not to change after signing the contract - Full protection against rising material and labor costs.
- Structural warranty: 2 years as standard, 15 years after activation - activation is free and only requires sending photos of the finished interior within 4 years of assembly.
- Guaranteed assembly start date - Written into the contract, which eliminates the delays typical of competing companies.
- A dedicated technical advisor for every investor - Personal support from the first conversation to the completion of the build.
- Preventive construction site security - As standard, we provide a dummy CCTV camera and a sign announcing monitoring, which effectively deters outsiders and minimizes the risk of unwanted incidents on your plot.
- After-sales service - A quick response when the investor needs help after the building has been handed over.
- Facade painting in your chosen color - Full personalization of the building's appearance according to the investor's preferences.
- Best offer guarantee - Have a cheaper offer from a competitor? Send it to us, and we will beat the price or offer a higher standard for the same amount.
