Domek Mikołaj III is a functional holiday cabin designed for comfortable year-round use. Its thoughtful layout provides a comfortable relaxation space and allows interior customization to meet individual needs.

In its raw-open standard, the cabin includes the wall framework and a roof with covering, but without windows, doors, installations, or finishes. Built from C24 structural timber in a timber-frame construction, it provides a durable and solid base for further work.

The option to build under notification makes it a practical solution for those seeking a fast and flexible project realization.

  • Shell in an open state
  • External prefab walls - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, and internally without finishing.
  • Prefab partition walls - One-sided finished with paneling.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.
  • Mezzanine - The mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.

On the investor’s side remains the responsibility of

  • Foundation preparation before assembly
  • Moisture insulation on the entire foundation surface
