Domek Wiktor II is a versatile holiday cabin with a total area of 25 m², ideal for private plots and garden allotments. The project comprises three rooms (living room, bedroom, bathroom), a covered veranda, and a corner mezzanine, delivering practicality even on small plots. In the raw open standard, the cabin includes a wall framework and a roof with covering, without windows, doors, installations and finishing. Built with a frame technology, it forms a solid and durable base for further work. A building permit-free option allows quick realization of the investment without the need for a building permit.

  • Roof construction - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.

The investor is responsible for

  • Foundation preparation before assembly
