The Mieszko II all-year cabin in WT2021 standard is a versatile wooden building designed for comfortable year-round use. It is built with Canadian timber-frame technology from certified C24-class wood, ensuring high durability, structural stability, and excellent thermal insulation properties in line with current energy efficiency requirements.

The interior is thoughtfully laid out to include a functional living area, a bedroom, and a sanitary room, with an additional corner mezzanine significantly expanding design possibilities. The model also features a spacious corner terrace, an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor time.

The cabin can be prepared in WT2021 all-year standard, making it a comfortable and economical solution for recreational use as well as year-round living, regardless of the season.

  • Exterior prefab walls - Finished externally with facade boards, insulation, and interior finishing with cladding.

  • Prefab interior walls - Acoustically insulated with insulation wool and finished on both sides with cladding.
  • Developer-standard floor (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Insulated roof structure - Full roof construction with sheathing and bitumen shingles by IKO.

  • Thermal insulation (deck insulation) - 10 cm
