All-year holiday cabin Marcel II in the WT2021 standard is a modern interpretation of a classic leisure cabin, combining functionality with energy-efficient solutions. A thoughtfully designed interior includes a comfortable living area, a bedroom and a bathroom, and an additional mezzanine significantly increases usable space and styling possibilities.

The model features a covered terrace, the perfect spot to relax outdoors, whatever the weather. The timber-frame construction with high-quality wood ensures durability, sturdiness and very good insulation characteristics in line with WT2021 requirements, enabling comfortable year-round use.

The cabin can be realized in a simplified notification procedure, which considerably speeds up the investment process. An additional advantage is the manufacturer’s warranty with the option to prolong it, confirming the high quality of workmanship and safety of use.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Tax on Goods and Services, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated external walls - Finished on the outside with façade boards, insulated, and finished on the inside with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of the complete roof structure, including full boarding and IKO bituminous shingle roofing.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the external walls - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of the internal walls - 10 cm
