The all-year Olek cabin in WT2021 standard blends a classic gable-style form with modern energy-saving solutions. A distinctive, covered terrace with decorative finish and a wooden balustrade gives it a warm, cozy look and creates the perfect outdoor relaxation spot.

The interior is designed for practicality – on the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a bathroom, while the mezzanine provides additional sleeping or relaxing space. The timber-framed construction enables effective thermal insulation, so the cabin can meet WT2021 requirements and be comfortably used all year round.

The model is available in various finish variants – from a closed shell to a developer standard with complete installations and joinery, allowing you to tailor the scope of the project to the investor’s needs and budget.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Delivery and assembly of prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • External walls prefabricated - Externally finished with cladding, insulation, interior covered with paneling.
  • Installation of external PVC joinery and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Soundproofed with wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Standard development (technical) floor - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof) - 25 cm
