Olek Cottage is a classic holiday cabin inspired by highland style, featuring a covered terrace with decorative details and a functional layout that includes a living room, space for a bathroom, and a mezzanine.

Built with a timber-frame technology, it provides a solid structure ready for further work, including insulation tailored to your needs.

In its raw open standard, the cabin includes the wall and roof structures with coverings, but no windows, doors, installations or finishes, giving complete freedom to design and tailor to your preferences.


Possibility of a full-year variant – suitable for placement on both recreational and building plots.

  • External walls prefab - Externally finished with cladding; interior unfinished.

  • Roof structure - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and bitumen shingle by IKO.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.
