The Wiktor III villa cabin is a spacious recreational cabin, building on the popular Wiktor II model, offering a functional room layout and a large mezzanine for flexible interior arrangement.

Built with a timber-frame technology, it delivers durability, robustness and high construction quality. Thanks to the appropriate height, it can also be realized on plots in ROD allotments.

In the open-shell standard, the cabin includes the wall structure and roof with covering, without joinery, installations and finishing, which gives full freedom in further space arrangement.


Possibility to be realized in an all-year variant – suitable for both recreational and building plots.

  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with 2 cm board.

The investor covers the following

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture-insulation on the entire foundation surface
