The Adam IV wooden cabin is a modern timber construction with dimensions 5.9m x 5.9m, designed to fully utilize 35 square meters of buildable space without a permit. The Adam IV cabin is characterized by an unusual shape, with a notably protruding roof overhang on the front, and very large glazing ensuring excellent daylight in the spacious interior. Inside, there is a living room, a separate room intended for visit, for example a bedroom, and a bathroom. The mezzanine provides an additional 15.5 m2 of usable space that can be developed at your discretion. The cabin is delivered in shell state, with the possibility of adaptation to a multi-season, all-year form.


Possible to realise in the all-year variant – suitable for installation on both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished with cladding boards on the outside and left unfinished on the inside.
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Finished with tongue-and-groove paneling on one side.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full roof decking and IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with 2 cm boards.

The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture-proof insulation over the entire foundation surface
