All-year Dawid cabin in WT2021 standard is a proposal for people who value space, comfort and modern solutions. The design features an open, well-lit daytime zone with a relaxation area and a functional interior layout that ensures everyday comfort.

In the attic there are two independent rooms ensuring privacy, while large glazing and a balcony harmoniously connected with the terrace canopy give the silhouette a light touch and emphasize the modern character of the cabin. The spacious, covered terrace is an ideal place to relax and meet outdoors.

Timber-frame construction, adapted to WT2021 requirements, provides high thermal insulation, energy efficiency and durability, making the cabin an excellent all-year living and leisure space.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12



Price PLN 207,700.00 includes

  • Transportation and installation nationwide FREE
  • Delivery and installation of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor's site.
  • External prefab walls - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, insulation, inside finished with boards.
  • Installation of external PVC window and door joinery
  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with clapboard.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Gutters with downspouts - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior walls) - 20 cm
  • Sound insulation of internal walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.
