  • External walls prefabbed - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, insulation, and interior finish with paneling.
  • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - Sound-insulated with wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downspouts - (bronze)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
