Domek Janusz is a functional wooden holiday cabin designed to maximize interior living space. The absence of a terrace or porch allows you to focus entirely on a comfortable, well-planned interior.
On the ground floor there's a spacious living room, a bathroom and a vestibule, while the attic offers two independent rooms for flexible use. An added advantage is the fast build time thanks to the construction technology.

- Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with wood paneling.
- Floor in developer's (shell) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
- Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full boarding and an IKO bitumen shingle covering.
- Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
- Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
