The CRK1 PLUS house is a 70 m² residential building made using the world-proven Canadian timber-frame technology. It is built from kiln-dried, certified C24 structural timber, which gives the structure stability and a long service life comparable to brick-built homes. Everything complies with the WT2021 standard, so the house is ready to live in shortly after construction is finished. The whole process, from the moment our crew arrives to handing over the keys, takes a maximum of 14 days. Our comprehensive offer, straight from the manufacturer of residential houses, includes wood preservation and painting of the facade, a shingle roof, triple-glazed PVC windows with shutters, insulated steel doors, gutters, 20 cm of mineral wool wall insulation, wood interior finishing, and electrical, plumbing and heating installations. It is all complemented by transport to any location in Poland and assembly by a professional assembly crew sent by the manufacturer. You therefore get a guarantee of top-quality workmanship and the lowest price on the market.
