All-year cabin Hubert in WT2021 standard is a modern recreational construction inspired by the look of a contemporary barn, designed for comfortable year-round use. Thanks to full thermal insulation, tight joinery and complete installations, the building provides comfort and energy efficiency regardless of weather conditions.

The interior includes a spacious living area with room for a kitchenette and a separate bathroom, while a spacious mezzanine offers the possibility to create a comfortable bedroom or additional living space. Large glazed panels and an open interior layout emphasize the project’s modern character and provide excellent daylight for the rooms.

A distinctive feature of the house is the corner terrace, which creates an ideal place to relax outdoors. Constructed from chamber-dried timber of class C24, it guarantees durability, stability and resistance to warping, and the applied solutions meet WT2021 requirements.

The offer includes a comprehensive realization – including transport, professional assembly and technical support in preparing the investment. The cabin can be completed in a simplified notification procedure, which significantly reduces formalities and shortens the realization time.

  • Partition walls prefab - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with Boiserie.
  • Flooring in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof structure with full boarding and bituminous shingles by IKO.
