Canadian-frame holiday cabins are gaining popularity in Poland. This is due not only to the quality of workmanship, which is on par with traditional brick-and-mortar counterparts, but above all to the short construction time and relatively low price. The Daniel all-year cabin is such a building, prepared in developers’ standard within just one business week. The interior area of 48 m2 has been supplemented with an additional 24 m2 of a covered outdoor terrace, and the whole is completed by a spacious mezzanine with a knee wall of 70 cm in height, allowing it to be used like an attic. The Daniel cabin has been adapted for all-year use regardless of the outside temperature, therefore all exterior walls, the floor, and the roof are insulated with mineral wool, while the PVC windows and insulated steel doors have thermal properties, protecting the home from hot summers and cold winters. We also integrated electrical wiring with a distribution board and sockets, and hydraulic installation with a boiler in the walls. A full service package is completed by transport to a location in Poland of your choice and assembly by a qualified construction team from the manufacturer.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulated, with wood paneling on the inside.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished with wood paneling on both sides.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of the complete roof structure, including full roof sheathing and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the exterior walls - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of the interior walls - 10 cm

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.
  • Installing the plumbing fixtures and fittings
  • Providing external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
