The Szymon all-year cabin in WT2021 standard is a modern wooden structure designed for comfortable relaxation regardless of weather. Built from solid C24-class structural timber, it offers high durability and performance comparable to traditional residential construction.

The use of prefab frame technology enables quick and efficient assembly, while maintaining high precision in workmanship. The cabin is protected with high-quality finishing materials, which translates to its resistance to external factors and reduces the need for maintenance over the long term of use.

Thanks to suitable insulation and construction solutions, it meets WT2021 requirements, offering energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and year-round usability.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Tax on Goods and Services, Article 41, paragraph 12



Price PLN 231,900.00 includes

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in the country FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulated, and finished on the inside with wood paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with wood paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full boarding and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the exterior walls - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of the interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the roof - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete fuse box with circuit breakers, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to do it.
  • Carrying out the plumbing fixture installation
  • Providing external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
