Domek Szymon is a sturdy holiday cabin made from C24 structural timber using a timber-frame (skeleton) construction, ensuring durability and fast assembly.

The design guarantees a functional living space for relaxation, which can be arranged to suit your needs.

In the raw open standard, the cabin includes the wall structure and a roof with covering, without joinery, installations or finishes, providing a solid base for further finishing works and customization to individual requirements.



Possibility to realize in an all-year variant – suitable for installation on either a recreational plot or a building plot.

  • External walls pre-fabricated - Finished on the exterior with a decorative board, interior unfinished.

  • Roof construction - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Attic - Floor in the attic finished with 2 cm board.
